I had the privilege of working with the talented AJ from Doubleaj photography and it was an amazing and humbling experience. I met AJ and his assistant Andy at a Streetwear exhibition hosted by the Durimel brothers (check durimel.com) and we instantly hit it off. I knew right away that this young man was special. His drive, confidence, love for his craft and vibrant personality commanded my attention.

We finally had the chance to work together and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The entire shoot was done in Hollywood with a 50 mm f/1.4 lens and his canon T3i. The theme was vintage and as you can see above, he’s done an exceptional job. What I love about his work is the attention to details. I couldn’t believe the results from a T3i. I’m now even more excited and anxious to work with him again since he upgraded to a full frame sensor with a new canon EOS 6 D!

Stay tuned!
